Please have your order number and name in the email. 

• RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS. 
• ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNWASHED CONDITION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE. 
• RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT COVERED BY ER ESSENTIALS. 
• RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUND IF ITEMS BEING RETURNED ARE SHOWN TO BE USED/DAMAGED

CANCELLATIONS 

• All requests to cancel an order must be made within 4 hours of purchase. Please email sales@er-essentials.com with name and order number. Expect a confirmation email within 24 hours. (Check your spam folder if you do not see an email in your inbox.)
