Add Embroidered Name

This listing MUST be purchased in addition to your sweatshirt to add a name embroidered. 

**PLEASE NOTE** Only the first 5 customers will receive a FREE name embroidery. Once those 5 have sold, the price will resume to $8. 

‼️HOW TO ORDER ‼️

1. After you have added the sweatshirt to your cart, add this listing to your cart too. 

2. Type your name, and any title you wish to include (such as RN). It is VERY important that you include any capitalization and/or punctuation. Your item will be stitched exactly as you type it.

3. All names will be stitched with same color thread that matches the sweatshirt’s design. *For example, if the emergency department symbol is in white, your name will be done in white too (unless you indicate a different choice here). Refer to thread color chart above.

4. Font will be arial font (unless you reach out to me directly for a different option). 

5. Location for names will be on the right chest (opposite side of the design)
